Level 3 Professional Cookery C & G VRQ Diploma
This course includes the following:
- Supervisory skills in the hospitality industry
- Practical gastronomy
- Food product development
- Advanced skills & techniques in a number of practical areas
Students will also put their skills into practice in a realistic working environment at least once a week.
Students must have the following:
- Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery at merit, plus GCSE English or Maths at grade A*-C or equivalent - Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE Maths and/or English
