Description

This course includes the following:

  • Supervisory skills in the hospitality industry
  • Practical gastronomy
  • Food product development
  • Advanced skills & techniques in a number of practical areas

Students will also put their skills into practice in a realistic working environment at least once a week.

Students must have the following:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery at merit, plus GCSE English or Maths at grade A*-C or equivalent - Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE Maths and/or English
Adults 19+ who have industry experience but do not have the necessary qualifications are welcome to apply
