Who is this course for?

This course is aimed at those:
  • Wishing to develop their practical and technical IT skills
  • Wanting to achieve a full Level 2 qualification (equivalent to 4 GCSE Grade C or above) and improve Maths & English skills
This course is primarily aimed at 16-18 year olds.

What qualifications do I need?

4 GCSE grade D (one of which must be Maths or English), OR A Level 1 qualification in a relevant vocational area, plus Grade D or Level 1 in either Maths or English

£599 for learners aged 19+

What could I do after completing the course?

You could either progress to L3 ICT courses or seek employment within the IT industry.

How will I be assessed?

Via portfolio of assessment including written coursework, observations, workbooks and simulations.

What equipment will I need?

No specialist equipment required other than stationery and a USB memory device. Learners with their own portable devices are invited to bring them along to lessons, though this is not mandatory.
