Description
This courses consists of the following:
- Merchandising
- Customer service
- Employment skills training
- Order processing
- Working as a member of a team
- Health and safety
- Security
- Financial arrangements
- Stocktaking
- Functional Skills
Students will also study towards a BTEC Certificate in Retail Knowledge. Students will undertake work placements within a retail organisation where you will work towards a BTEC Diploma in Retail.
Students must have ALL of the following:
- 4 GCSEs (3 at grades A*-D and 1 at grade A*-E), including English and Maths or equivalent
- Be aged 16 - 18
