Description
This is a 10 week course to support the student in work placement at ncn working within one of the 3 following teams and a mentor will be available on each placement:
- The administrative hub
- Front of house customer services
- The learning centres
The course will consist of the following:
- Good customer service skills
- Consider the most appropriate type of letter, application, CV and preparation for an interview for a variety of jobs
The student must have one of the following:
- Grade D at GCSE English Language
- Level 1 English
- ESOL qualification
- Can be working towards level 1 English qualification in 2012/13
