This course is aimed at individuals for whom anger, either their own or that of other people, is becoming a problem at work Many people have to work routinely with angry people, whether they be customers, patients or co-workers. This can cause stress and burnout as the worker struggles to manage the situation. The aim of this interactive course is to provide participants with the practical skills needed to manage their own anger and that of other people.
