The course uses the industry standard AutoCAD draughting software. The City & Guilds format develops essential knowledge and vocational skills required to work as a CAD professional. Enrolled students qualify for educational software licences of AutoCAD to use while studying.

  • Learn how to create and edit blocks, layers, text styles and dimension styles, and more
  • Produce quality drawings for a wide range of uses such as graphic design, architecture and engineering.

Entry Requirements

To enrol on this course it is expected that you have previous knowledge of CAD or drawing skills, ideally having completed the level 2 AutoCAD course.
We strongly recommended that you contact the course tutor, before enrolling, to discuss the suitability of this course for you.
