Who Should Attend?The CIEH Level 4 Award in Food Safety is ideal for food related business owners or managers working in a catering or manufacturing environment. It also useful for anyone who manages and audits food safety systems as well as food safety trainers wishing to deliver level 3 qualifications. While not essential it is reccomended that all delegates have completed Level 3 Food Safety within the last 3 years.
