What Supply Chains are and How they Work

This one-day course explains the structure of supply chains and why the suppliers within a chain are linked together.

A lot is said about SUpply Chains, but what actual is a supply chain?  What does it include and what is involved? Why is it important for me to understand this structure and why is it so important for our organisation?

The course explores the answers to these questions and explains the concept of control in organisations and supply chains, and why contract and supply chain management are crucial activities for ensuring value for money





This course is designed for: all staff who are involved in some way in their Supply Chain; and in partcular buyers, supply coordinators, material schedulers and expeditors, especially those that are new in these roles.
