You will also explore the requirements of safeguarding and the importance of equality, diversity, and inclusion. You will learn about schools as organisations, including what types of schools there are, about policies and procedures and the wider environment in which they operate. You will develop your communication skills, communicating and building professional relationships with both children and young people and adults.
