Students must have ALL of the following:
- Aged 19 years and above
- A minimum of 2 GCSEs Grade A-C (English and Maths are essential) or equivalent
- Be employed for a minimum of 12 hours working in a classroom/supporting teachers and pupils aged 5-16 years
- Relevant level 2 qualification in childcare OR a minimum of 2 years experience as a classroom/teaching assistant working with pupils aged 5 - 16 years
