This course is for all installers wishing to certify their own work, rather than paying Building Control to do so. Under Gas Safe legislation you must hold a certificate in energy efficiency for domestic heating. This certificate is awarded to those who successfully complete our energy efficiency course. This course will also enable you to advise customers if they need to upgrade any part of their system to meet the Part L requirement.

This one day energy efficiency course is focused on providing plumbers, gas engineers and renewable energy installer’s knowledge around energy efficiency in the home relating to heating systems. Our energy efficiency training is mainly focused on Part L building regulations and will enable you to provide advice on heating systems including boiler sizing and the use of the correct heating controls. This course will allow you to advise customers if they need to upgrade any part of their system to meet the Part L requirement.
