will I Study? The level 3 Introductory Certificate in Marketing is
made of two parts 1. What is Marketing – Understanding the role of
marketing, the marketing environment, the marketing mix, how
marketing is applied in context 2. Understanding Customer
relationships - Understanding Customers, Building effective
internal and external customer relationships, Communicating with
internal and external customers, Providing customer service for
internal and external customers. How will I be Taught? Active
lessons and collaborative working are the cornerstones of the
teaching style at Chichester College. You will be encouraged to
maximise self-study opportunities using digital resources. How will
I be Assessed? The assessment is in two parts: 1) a one-hour(
online) examination 2) a written assignment based on 4 questions
pre-set by the CIM some months in advance of your submission What
