The course covers: course introduction, the nature of coaching, roles & responsibilities of a coach, coaching in practice – developing skills, reflective practice, group tutorials, review and evaluation, the coaching contact, goal setting, models of coaching, barriers to coaching. How will I be Taught? This course is a blended learning course and spans approximately 3-4 months from start to finish. As such participants must be prepared to undertake self-directed study outside of the classroom. How will I be Assessed? Assessment involves: 1 assignment, reflective log: including 6 hours of evidenced coaching, end of course reflection What our students say?
