Equestrian Teaching. You will continue to complete practical work
on the yard. Riding and non-riding pathways exist. How will I be
Taught? Riding our lovely horses is timetabled at least once a week
for each group. Practical tasks are delivered on the yard with the
emphasis on students gaining, as much as possible, industry
experience and skills to assist with securing employment in the
future. You will be responsible for running a series of weekend
shows as part of the Event Management unit and can use the profits
to fund enrichment activities, including a residential trip. How
will I be Assessed? Practical tasks on the equine yard. Written
assignments to include posters and information leaflets. Ridden
assessments along with 'ground work' to include tacking up
assessments. What our students say? ‘Kind and caring tutors who
will always get the best out of us’
