qualification. Alternatively if you're working in L&D, but have
no professionally-recognised L&D qualifications, you can choose

Practical application of HR/L&D theories and models What will I
Study? Core Modules for this qualification include: Developing
Professional Practice, Business Issues and the Context of
HR/L&D, Using Information in HR/L&D and Managing and
Co–ordinating the HR/L&D Function. Other Modules for L&D
include: Employee Engagement,Coaching and Mentoring, Understanding
Contemporary in HR Development, Meeting Organisational Development
Needs, Organisation Design and Organisation Development. How will I
be Taught? Live lessons and collaborative working are the
cornerstones of the teaching style at Chichester College. You will
learn the principles of human resources practice through talks,
group discussions, case studies, role-plays, and practical
exercises. Throughout the programme you will be encouraged to
relate theories and practice to your own organisation and
experience both within class and written/practical assignments. You
will be required to do study in your own time, 2-6 hours a week.
How will I be Assessed? The completion of a programme of written
and practical work will assimilate your understanding and test your
application of the knowledge and skills you have learnt. What our
