We will look at: The processes used to make different pastry types including choux and hot water paste, Basic Yeast work Different types of sponges and their uses Piping and decorating techniques etc. By the end of the course you should be able to produce a variety of baked goods and have the confidence and knowledge to adapt the given recepies to your own preference.
