About This Course:This course introduces the art of Craft Baking. The recipes used are professional recipes which can be duplicated in the home. The sessions are conducted within a commercial bakery teaching environment by a fully trained baker and confectioner.

What You Study:You'll learn the techniques and skills to produce Bakers scones, Bread, Crumpets, Sweet Paste, Cup cakes, Choux paste, Quiche Lorraine and veggie quiche, Hotplate scones and lots more.
Location:City Campus Townhead
Dates:10 weeks on a Wednesday from 6pm-9pm.
