For those who are anxious about returning to work or education.

A specialist course for those with anxiety or mental health histories. It is a supportive and flexible programme that allows you to study and improve your self esteem. It will also provide you with the skills needed to allow you to return to work.

Course content

It will cover office skills, word processing and job searching. This course is flexible, and students will have access to one-to-one tutoring.

Teaching and assessment

The qualification is gained by continued portfolio assessment (no exams)

No entry requirements are necessary, but applicants will normally be interviewed prior to joining the course to assess their suitability.

Dates and times

This course begins on 5/9/12 or 9/1/13 and 17/4/13, and runs on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 3.30pm. The duration of this course is 35 weeks.
