Customer Service NVQ Level 2
This qualification is designed for learners in a customer
service role such as a Receptionist, Bank/Building Society Customer
Adviser or Call Centre Adviser and will develop or enhance their
skills. National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) are work-based
which allow learners to develop the knowledge, understanding and
skills essential for working in a customer service environment.
Learners must complete a number of units from a bank of mandatory
