This course will give students a chance to explore the world of fashion retail and develop ideas that push what customer service should become

- Understanding fashion retail business
Students will work together with Fashion, Photography and Graphic Design students to develop new visual merchandising strategies and explore new areas of customer service and promotion
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry qualifications needed for this course and an initial assessment will determine level of support required for Numeracy and Literacy. A genuine interest in working in Retail is required.
Delivery & Assessment methods
Practical assessment is continual throughout the course and is supported by weekly progress updates. Grade outcomes are Pass, Merit, or Distinction. Merit Grades or above are required to progress onto the Level 2 Diploma in Retail Skills
Progression
Progression onto the Level 2 Diploma in retail skills, or employment either full-time or as part of an Apprenticeship, is possible.
