Description

A one year full time course that provides broad based tuition in both professional music and music technology. Students will work together on projects whilst having an opportunity to specialise in either route.
The course covers aspects of live and studio performance as well as recording and computer music studies.

Course content

The course will improve your levels of musicianship and sound recording to a stage where you will be able to progress to either the Professional Music Production or Professional Music Performance at Level 3.

Entry Requirements

Four GCSEs at grade D or above. Or Introductory/Level 1 Award at Merit or above. In addition to formal qualifications, you should have experience of, and a keen interest in music.

Progression

The course leads onto the level 3 Professional music Production or Performance.
