GCSE Maths and English resits will be taken alongside where needed for progression to Level 3. A minimum of 60 hours work experience placement is a key part of the course. All students will undergo Criminal Records Bureau checks and must hold no criminal convictions or cautions to study or work in health and social care.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must have the following:- Four GCSEs at grade D or above, including GCSE English Language or Merit grade at BTEC Introductory.

Progression

Level 3 qualifications in an appropriate subject, Apprenticeships or NVQs.
