This subject gives a detailed introduction to the workings of the English Legal System. In addition, students will explore the areas of Criminal Law and the Law of Tort.

- Unit 3: Criminal Law and Tort.
Entry Requirements
Standard entry requirements of 5 GCSE subjects at Grade C or above, including Mathematics at Grade C and English Language at Grade C
Delivery & Assessment methods
The level three Certificate in Law will be assessed by coursework throughout the year. Students are required to complete three mandatory assignments to achieve the qualification.
