This is a broad-based course providing you with practical experience and an alternative to GCSE entry onto the Level 3 Extended Diploma. It provides you with the ability to enter the industry as a competent employee with valuable industry skills.

Entry Requirements

It is essential that your Initial Assessment results show that you are working at Level 1. In addition you will need to have achieved 4 GCSEs at grades A-D, including English, Maths and Science or equivalent.

What You Will Study

Units include:

  • Animal production
  • Crop production
  • Environmental and land-based business
