Who is this course for? People with learning difficulties/disabilities who wish to develoop their independence and progress iwthin a community based setting. What qualifications or experience do I need ? A learner who has the potential to build on their independence and branch out onto a COMMUNITY BASED/vocational pathway. How will I be assessed ? By interview/taster session and an assessment period of six weeks, Individual Learning Plan and continuos assessment. What qualifications could I achieve ? In house certification and/or National Skills Profile Award. What can the course lead to ? Progression to other college courses and training schemes: Level 1 = 1/2 years Level 2 = 2/3 years Level 3 = 1/2 years How do I join the course ?
