Diploma Spa Management Level 4

Who is this course for? For students wishing to work as a Manager in the Spa industry. What qualifications or experience do I need ? Beauty Therapy Level 3 or equivalent is required and written and spoken English at level 2. What will I study ? The course will cover the following topics: * Health and Safety and Security * Marketing, PR and Business * How to Monitor and Maintain the Spa Area * Quality Management of Client Care * Sales Management * Spa and Salon Management * Provide Spa and Body Treatments How will I be assessed ? Assessments will be through: Assignments plus one practical Spa unit and one on-line exam. Group tasks will be an integral part of the course along with self-directed study. This course will be offered in the new purpose built Spa in High Barnet, providing an up-to-date learning, commercial and assessment environment. What qualifications could I achieve ? ITEC Level 4 Diploma in Spa and Salon Management What can the course lead to ? On successful completion you may progress on to a Higher National or Degree course at a university. Alternatively you may progress straight to employment in the Spa or Beauty industry as a Spa or Beauty Manager/Therapist. Alternatively you may also set up your own business. How do I join the course ? Attend one of the scheduled part time interview sessions. Will I need an interview ? Yes. Are there any extra costs for equipment/materials ?
