Who is this course for? This course is designed for students who are interested in learning about childcare. It may prepare you for progression to a recognised childcare qualification. How will I be assessed ? Assessment is through coursework, practical work experience and assessment. What qualifications could I achieve ? CACHE Foundation Award in Caring for Children What can the course lead to ? You maybe able to progress to the CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education Level 2 subject to assessment. The Foundation Learning in Childcare is not a formal qualfication for working with children. How do I join the course ? Completed Full Time application form and you will be invited for an interview. Will I need an interview ? All applicants for this course will be interviewed and required to undertake a literacy assessment and written task.
