How Will I Be Assessed?
Progress and achievement is recorded throughout the year via practical assessments, theory assessments, external tests and a practical synoptic assignment.Entry Requirements
You must have a minimum of four GCSEs including English and Maths, and show a genuine interest in bench joinery. Entry is also subject to an interview, basic skills screening, initial assessment and a Level 1 construction related qualification.Additional Information
You will also study a qualification in Functional Skills in either, Maths, English or I.T.. A course contribution fee of £50.00 will apply, this contributes towards an external trade trade-related trip, course textbook and course administration. You willProgression
Upon successful completion, you may proceed onto the Level 3 Diploma in Bench Joinery.Career Opportunities
