You will have successfully completed a Level 1 NVQ in Professional Cookery or equivalent. You will also be required to attend an interview / discussion with the tutor prior to enrolment.Additional Information
This course is held for four hours on one evening each week during the academic year.Progression
Upon successful completion of this course, you may be able to undertake an NVQ 3 in Professional Cookery or an NVQ 3 Patisserie and Confectionary.Career Opportunities
