Introduction

This course is for those already working within hospitality on reception and who want to develop skills and gain a nationally recognised qualification.

What Will I Learn

You will improve your hospitality skills and knowledge in front of house reception working within the hospitality environment and in our own restaurant.

Entry Requirements

You will be working in this area and have completed a level 1. You will also be required to attend an interview and sit a basic skills test.

Additional Information

The Apprenticeship program will take up to 18 months to complete.

Progression

Upon successful completion you will be able to undertake an Advanced Apprenticeship

Career opportunities would include working in a hotel, restaurant or a commercial kitchen.
