Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service (Level 3)

Introduction

This is a vocational qualification which is designed to equip you with advanced skills required within the workplace.

How Will I Be Assessed?

Many of the units are assessed by a computer based exam. Some units are assessed by computer administered methods and marked by an assessor. You will also be assessed in the workplace.

Entry Requirements

You should have 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including Maths, English and ICT or equivalent key skills. You should also be in a work environment in a suitable level of employment to work at level 3.
