This is an entry level course for anyone interested in a career associated with catering, food preparation or food service.
You'll develop skills in food hygiene and health and safety, as well as improving your knowledge of food preparation and service and general work skills.

An EPD (Employment Personal Social Development) qualification will also be gained.

Functional Skills are a mandatory part of the course and you will be required to study Maths, English and ICT. These skills are designed to enhance your employment opportunities.

No entry requirements apart from an eagerness to be involved in the hospitality and catering industry.
