LCTP is partly owned by UoC and the diocese of Carlisle and Blackburn. The module will seek to enable the student to develop a critical understanding of issues relating to leadership and collaboration, including an understanding of group dynamics and the nature and significance of power in the context of Christian ministry. Students will be expected to demonstrate familiarity with some key texts and ministerial practice through their study and reflection.

This is part of curate training for CofE.

Students have previously completed ordination training prior to enrolling on this course (CofE).

Students have completed ordination training and are required to do 3-4 further years curate training (CofE).
