Partnership Working is aimed at professionals who work in the field of regeneration or anyone interested in the subject. Partnership working is an integral component of regeneration practice. Working with other organisations is more complex than working alone. Study on this module will enable the learner to examine partnerships, and understand the issues in relationship management in regeneration and how this can be applied in practice. Students will learn about national, regional and local contexts for partnership working in regeneration practice, identify areas of good practice related to partnership working and factors which hinder effective partnership working. The module will also cover relationship management in regeneration practice, leadership, ethics and governance, performance management and resource management.
