Alison Cowper
You need to earn the trust and respect of managers and colleagues so that they pass on work that is stimulating and requires responsibility.
At this workshop we will examine your relationships with others at work. I will help you get the most from these relationships through discussing situations that are real to you and by trying out tested techniques. You will return to work with increased confidence.
