Units covered During your Apprenticeship you will cover areas such as:

• Manage own personal development within an organisation
• Set Objectives and provide support for team members
• Plan, allocate and monitor work of a team

Learners also select optional units from a diverse range, tailoring their learning to meet their individual and organisational needs.

Entry requirements Employed in the role or working towards the role of Team Leader for at least 30 hours per week. Who is it for? Ideal for first line managers with responsibilities for managing budgets, allocating work to team members/colleagues/contractors, achieving specific results and some degree of decision making.
