This Apprenticeship is aimed at the team leaders and supervisory staff within organisations, and comprises of taught theory sessions and recording of practical competences through an NVQ.
Course content
- NVQ level 2 in Team Leading.
- Level 2 Technical Certificate.
- Award in Team Leading (Institute of Leadership Management or Chartered Management Institute)
- Key skills In application of number (level 1)
- Key skills in communication (level 2)
