Entry requirements You must be employed in an IT job role working on a help desk to assist IT users with technical support working a minimum of 30 hours per week. Who is it for? The IT Professional is designed to recognise skills that you use within your workplace, as well as IT that you may use outside of work, perhaps at home or as part of a club or society you may be involved in. It is a flexible qualification which allows units to be achieved at various levels and tailored to suit your individual needs. CostAged 16-18
