Description
Finding yourself experiencing negative feelings based on the behaviour of others, or involved in a conflict situation but not able to know how to tackle it causes anxiety, stress and anguish. There are those people who shy away from such situations for fear of reprisal or they do not wish to offend, there are also those whose approach is to take the path of a head on collision For both sets of people the actual involvement and aftermath can very destructive, leading to relationships with reduced trust and co-operation. If prevalent and unresolved, these occurrences may play out and have wider implications on productivity, effectiveness, team spirit and achievement of business goals.
