This one day sales training workshop will provide sales people that are required to make outgoing sales calls with a range of proven skills, techniques and best practices to ensure more successful outcomes from a higher percentage of the calls they make.

This workshop has been designed primarily for sales staff making outgoing sales calls to warm leads or existing prospects and customers, the workshop will provide a different set of skills from our cold calling workshop and will cover the best practices and approaches for making outgoing sales calls including, how to open a sales call, understanding and developing the best questions to ask  on a sales call and outlining and setting call objectives.
