Our Total Sales Pass provides a solution to this with in-house coaching and training for for your team for an entire year, leaving you to focus on ensuring your team exceed those all-important sales targets.
Better than an in-house sales trainer at a fraction of the price
It goes without saying you won’t need to give us holiday or pay us when we’re sick and if, in the very unlikely event you’re not happy with us, you can drop the agreement with just 1 month's notice.
You’ll have access to a dedicated quality trainer who will build a strong understanding of your products, services and ethos and incorporate this into all your coaching and training sessions.
Your trainer will build a strong relationship with your team members, breaking down traditional internal communication barriers and increasing the confidence of your team.
How does it work?
We have two standard models:

A quarterly pass, allowing for 4 in-house training / coaching days in a year

A monthly pass, allowing for 12 in-house training / coaching days in a year.
The days can be used in any way you choose, to train the entire team or to provide one-on-one sales clinics working on specific issues.
Neither of these models work for me
No problems. We’ll design one just for you with all the flexibility you need. You can even use it two provide training across different groups within the sales team such as Account Management, New Starters and Telesales Personnel.
