Description
You will develop the essential skills to enable you to work in Door Supervision. The course covers the following skills; team working, conflict management, physical intervention and SIA licence exam.
You will learn about working in a team and conflict management.
The focus is on completing interactive activities both in small groups and individually. The learning involves using simulated workplace environments vocational role play and completing independent assignments and portfolios.
Work skills in your chosen vocational area, Award in Team Working, registration for the SIA Licence.
Applicants are required to complete skills assessments in Literacy.
