Technique classes and rehearsals will take place in our purpose
built workshop theatre and professional dance studio with your
specialist tutors, and are supported with theory, written work and
research. Working both independently and in groups you will focus
on a number of performance projects throughout the year,
culminating in a performance at a professional venue for your final
major project.
Throughout the duration of the programme students will take part in a number of varied public performances, develop a portfolio of work, performing arts industry knowledge, and skills to help them to further their performance career and find employment, or support an application for a higher education course.
As this programme is for adult learners there are no formal entry requirements, though prior experience of performing arts and a satisfactory reference are required. Applicants will be asked to attend and successfully complete an interview and workshop audition.
