This Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Administration gives
you a broad base of knowledge and experience to prepare you for
working within the business sector.
You could cover roles that involve organising resources and people,

juniors.
You learn the theory of business administration and gain the
practical skills and experience necessary to progress in this
sector or related areas.

- employment rights and responsibilities
This is a work-based qualification so an assessor will visit your
workplace to observe your working practices every four to six
weeks.
All functional skills are taught and assessed through online
training.
You will build up a portfolio of evidence, and gather observations
from your assessor and online communication.
You build the basic knowledge required to carry out many business administration tasks and you gain an insight into the profession and the future careers open to you.
There are no entry requirements for this course.
Upon application you will be invited in for an interview and an
initial assessment to make sure that the course is right for you.
There are no other restrictions to becoming an apprentice except
that you need to be over the age of 16 and to have been settled in
the UK for at least the past three years.
On successful completion of the programme you could progress to
the Business Administration Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship. This
can be a stepping stone to a university course.
Potential job roles after your apprenticeship include junior
secretary, PA and clerical assistant.
This qualification provides you with excellent transferable
skills – you could be working anywhere, from a hospital to a law
firm to running an office.
Administration roles are a great way to further your career and can
lead to future management roles.
