This course is designed to meet the needs of those employed in a
management /supervisory position within construction or hoping to
progress within this field. Gaining the Site Management Certificate
and Diploma provides evidence to employers and clients that an
internationally recognised level of study has been successfully
completed. Having experienced site managers with the C/DSM
qualification helps employers satisfy regulatory health and safety
and other EU requirements. Entry Requirements It is expected that
students will have a Level 3 Construction qualification or
extensive experience within the Construction Industry. Assessment
The emphasis is on group participation and mutual learning with
guidance from the tutor. Performance is assessed by project work
and assignments. Learning Outcome On satisfactory completion of any
4 modules to achieve the Certificate qualification CIOB Certificate
in Site Management. All 12 units are mandatory to achieve the
Diploma qualification.
