CIOB Diploma Site Management Level 4

Suitable For

The scheme is designed to meet the needs of those employed in site management or those running their own business and wish to become incorporated members of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Course Content

A further eight modules of study additional to the four modules studied on the certificate.

Assessment Method

There are no formal examinations at the end of the modules but each module will be assessed by assignments. The assignments can be completed either on an individual basis or working in groups depending on the module studied.

Progression

Subject to successful completion of the eight modules the diploma will be awarded and you will be eligible to apply for Incorporated Membership of the Institute (ACIOB).

Additional Information

All candidates must attend for a minimum of 80% for each module otherwise the module will not be accredited. A course registration fee is payable to the CIOB as well as the tuition fee. Please note this course will be delivered at the Constructions Skills Centre, Sandon Road, Grantham.

• Group 2 returners: Start 13/09/12 for 30 weeks.

Entry Requirements

Minimum of two years working in the construction industry, above the level of charge hand with some general responsibility or two years running your own business and successful completion of the CIOB Certificate in Site Management.
