Overview

The H.I.P. PA is run in conjunction with celebrity PAs Merryl Futerman and Josephine Green, of PA Access All Areas, and explores the role of the high level PA, what it’s like working at the top and how to manage highly influential people.

During the seminar, you’ll gain tips and tricks to take back to work with you, including skills that will teach you to be the best PA you can be.

Throughout the day, you’ll cover the following areas taught using a variety of interactive training methods:

• Ways to draw professional boundaries
• How to create your own support network
• What to do in unusual or extreme circumstances
• Coping when things go wrong
• Supporting alpha personalities and challenging bosses
• Interesting anecdotal examples from the celebrity world
• Your real life scenarios and the problems you face in your role as a PA
