- The different types of business organisation.
- The main features, advantages and disadvantages of different types of business.
- The legal structure and control systems of a limited company.
- The methods and importance of reporting for a limited company. The reasons for, and the content of, a contract of law.
- The term ‘insolvency’, its effect on business and its possible causes.
- The main features of a contract of employment and its importance.
- A range of terms in relation to business banking.
- How the payment of tax may vary depending on the type of business.

How The Course Works.
At Pitman Training in London's Notting Hill or High Holborn, you study when you wish during our long opening hours:
Monday-Thursday, 09:00-20:00; Fridays, 09:00-16:30 and Saturdays, 10:00-16:00.
You'll enjoy our unusual 'drop-in' style which means you won;'t need a timetable as well as the support of our friendly, supportive training team who are there to guide you all the time.
At the end of your course, you'll take an exam and on passing, you'll receive a handsome Pitman Training certificate to prove how good you are.
