Workshop 1: Managing Constant Changes in the Diary

Constant changes to the diary, can lead to you feeling frustrated and demotivated. Trying to find time for those urgent meetings can be extremely trying and lead to exasperating days. This session shows you how you can

Workshop 2: Work Smarter not Harder

Prioritising your day can become confusing and frustrating, especially when working for a number of people who all believe their work is urgent. Working extra hours is often not an option as the demands outside of work also pull you in all different directions. This session looks at how to juggle your time efficiently and keep everyone happy.
