Matt Plant

The delegates that I meet on this course have typically been managing for a couple of years and are looking for ways to enhance their skills to get more out of the people that they manage.

I’ll obviously be sharing my own experiences and tips and bring introduce a number of techniques, but a highlight of this course is the ability to learn from the anecdotes and experiences around the room. Together we will discuss and tackle a range of issues such as how to encourage positive input, conflict resolution and how to manage difficult people.
